Return Address

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

The correct return address will be supplied by email after the return request has been reviewed and approved. Items sent to an unapproved or incorrect address may not be processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage for standard change-of-mind returns.

Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, Reāl Towel will cover reasonable return postage costs where applicable. Please contact us before returning the item so we can provide the appropriate instructions.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

Customers who would like a different product should return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

Personalised itemsTowels personalised with your chosen initials are made specifically for you and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for a change of mind once personalisation has been completed.

This does not apply if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
